We know our students and their families personally, allowing them to receive the best possible care. Our pedagogical model places the student at the center as the protagonist of their learning, accompanied by our educators who support their comprehensive development.

We understand that each child has their own learning pace, which is why our academic team has developed various tools to ensure effective learning:

From preschool to high school, each student receives attention tailored to their developmental stage.

Support for Emotional Well-being

Our DECE team, comprised of directors, psychologists, psycho-pedagogues, coexistence leaders, and tutors, works on various plans and programs to guarantee safe spaces where the entire educational community feels secure, supported, heard, and happy.

Affective Communication with Families

Education is a joint effort between the school and the family. Our students’ parents receive a continuous and open dialogue, ensuring that all parties are aligned for the benefit of their well-being. We hold regular meetings with parents, who, along with their families, are also active participants in our academic, cultural, and sports events.

Educating in the Digital Age

At Highlands School Quito, we firmly believe technology should be a tool, not an end. Our educational approach integrates digital resources responsibly, always from a person-centered perspective.
